Before working with Shauna, I had set clothes that I wore for certain occasions. And the majority of these felt... ok ... at best! I'd shop for odd bits here and there, not taking time to invest in a 'look' or 'style' but the odd new top, new trousers, the majority of which felt like 'that will do'! Shauna's coaching pushed me out of my comfort zone and I tackled what was in my messy wardrobe. I removed clothes I haven't worn, or want to wear, for years. I analysed what clothes I have against my lifestyle and realised I was heavily populated in dresses, because they felt a better fit than anything else. With some mindset shifts, Shauna supported me to shop, providing guidance about clothes to suit my shape and colour. It was trial and error, some of which was hilarious, others that were just perfect. Things I wouldn't necessarily pick up myself, but have opened my eyes now to see different styles, colours and looks. I feel so much more confident and look forward to choosing clothes and going shopping.

I always felt I knew what worked best for me but I learnt so much in our sessions and it has really made me think about my colours and style of clothes. As a lady going through the menopause the change of my body is something I have found really hard but through your sessions I felt I was more empowered and equipped to know what to choose. I also have a tidy wardrobe that had a great clear out thanks to our session. You were so easy to talk to and share what I felt was me and you really listened and took on board all that I shared. I would have never thought I was an Earth, for colour but since our sessions when I have been in clothes shops I put those colours up to me and they do work well!

It was so informative and we got great practical tips on how to dress, understanding your body type and colour theory.

Shauna was so engaging and is very passionate about fashion which made the experience both fun & educational. The small group size also made it easy to ask questions and receive individual attention.
